In the afternoon, visit the "Langya Temple" (about 1 hour), one of the top ten key temples in the country. It was built in the sixth year of the Tang Dynasty by Li Youqing, the governor of Chuzhou, and Fachen, a mountain monk. It is a famous Buddhist resort. There are 85 scenic spots and sites in the scenic area, among which the Wu Daozi Painting Temple of Zizi Bodhisattva is a rare treasure, and Myanmar's donation of 1000 jade Buddhas is the highest in the country. The temple is surrounded by incense all year round, making it a key protected temple in the country. There are the Shakya ManiHall, Hall of Thousand Jade Buddhas, Cliff Stone Carvings, Hall of No Beam in the Jin Dynasty, etc.); "The Southern Heavenly Gate" (about 1.5 hours up and down) is located at the southern commanding point of Langya Mountain, with ancient architectural complexes such as Langya Pavilion and Ancient Bixia Palace. Climbing on the Heavenly Gate, you can overlook the Yangtze River as a belt, Zhongshan as a snail, and the gathering of peaks and surging tides. Langya Pavilion, formerly known as "Huifeng Pavilion", was built in the Ming Dynasty and is a landmark building in Chuzhou City and Langya Mountain Scenic Area. [Langya Pavilion] Built due to the mountain terrain, it has seven floors, two underground floors, and five overground floors. Viewed from four sides, it has different heights and shapes. From the east, it has three floors; Seen from the south, it has five floors. Each floor of the pavilion has six sides and eight corners, all of which adopt the style of cornices and corners of classical architecture. The pavilion is covered with glazed tiles and carved with beams and painted columns, making it simple and elegant. (You can take the Jingjiao train from the North Gate to the South Tianmen Gate directly.)
