On the afternoon of January 16, 2019, Yan Ming, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of Langyashan Scenic Spot, director of the Langyashan Administrative Committee and Secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal Tourism Bureau, chaired the Spring Festival Tourism Marketing Symposium of the whole city. At the meeting, a wide range of discussions were held on the implementation of the spirit of the special work meeting of the municipal government on tourism, further strengthening the publicity and marketing of tourism products, and enhancing the popularity and influence of Chuzhou's tourism. The county and city tourism bureaus, the principals of scenic spots and some representatives of travel agencies participated in the symposium.
At the meeting, Yan Ming pointed out that each scenic spot should promote each other, hold a group for heating, and jointly promote the development of Chuzhou's tourism industry. First, the Municipal Tourism Bureau will regularly and irregularly organize scenic spots and travel agencies to Nanjing, Shanghai, Suzhou and other cities to promote Chuzhou's tourism resources and increase the visibility of tourism products in eastern Anhui. Secondly, during the Spring Festival and the Temple Fair (February 3-February 13, 2019), the headquarters of Langyashan Temple Fair will concentrate on promoting Chuzhou's tourism publicity and exhibiting its tourism products in the area along the ancient Langyan road, so as to increase Chu people's understanding of Chuzhou's tourism resources and promote the activities of "Chu people traveling to Chu". All tourism practitioners should seize the opportunity to expand the reputation of tourism products and tourism projects.
